SKILLZ KIDZ - PAPE VILLAGE

Over the last three years we have had many requests to design a program that will introduce young children to the game of soccer. To facilitate this need in our community, we have created a program that will allow parents who have never participated in soccer to learn how to create a fun and learning environment for their kids. Toronto Skillz have partnered with Coach William Giummarra to create a simple to understand program that will encourage both young kids and parents to enjoy the sport of soccer.

This program will focus on building a love for the soccer ball, which will eventually lead to a love of soccer as a lifelong sport. Our session will  teach ball manipulation, ball mastery and soccer related movement. We will also be engaging the parents in the session so that they can encourage their children to have fun with the ball on their own at home.

Each week we will review the previous week activities, teach some new stuff and keep encouraging the children to have fun with the ball. These activities will be customized for each child. For children who are progressing quickly we will adjust their activities accordingly.

Ages for classes will be 2-4yrs | 5-7yrs | 8-10 yrs old. All players will receive a customized Toronto Skillz Training Shirt and an Age appropriate soccer  ball. The cost is $320 for 10 classes. Location of clinics will be at Jackman Public school, 79 Jackman Av.   Classes will start Friday June 25th from 6-7pm. For more information please call Coach William @ 416-705-9090 or you can email our Academy administrator at info@torontoskillz.com.  Coach William is a long time resident of the local community and is available to answer any questions. Please note the class sizes are limited in order for Coach William to provide  individualized attention to the children.

Our hope is at the end of this 10 week program, both parents and kids will have a better understanding of how a young child develops their soccer skills.
